Deliver times are normally between 2 to 15 working days, depending upon what is ordered and whether it is in stock. However, during peak ordering times, like Christmas, or after a press release there might be a slight delay in which case we will notify you immediately. If you have a special date that you would like the product by please let us know and we will do our best to meet it. Please be aware that most of our products are made to order hence the delivery time.

Royal Mail/Parcelforce - All UK deliveries are £2.75 per delivery address for orders under £12 and £4.95 for orders over £12

Due to the size and weight of Large Love Letters deliveries that include these are £9.95 per delivery address.

We will happily gift wrap your purchase and include a message on your behalf. This service costs £4.95. Please be sure to include your message on the order form.

For Standard and Luxury Love Letters we have a lovely white contemporary gift box for £5.95. Please be sure to include your message on the order form.

Sadly the Large Love Letters are just too big to gift wrap!
