We aim to despatch all orders within 5 days. Depending on availability of stock some items may take longer, but we will always let you know. If the item you want is in stock and you need it urgently you can use our Next Day Delivery service.
Standard Delivery: Orders up to £100 = £3.95 FREE for orders over £100
Next Day Delivery*: Add £10 to Standard Delivery
Overseas: Europe £6.95 Rest of the World £10.95
* Next Day Delivery is available on orders for delivery to UK addresses only. Your order needs to be placed by 1pm Monday - Thursday. Unfortunately we can’t offer this service for orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays.
Returns
We always do our best to describe things accurately and provide you with all the information you need on sizes.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item when you receive it, please let us know and we will arrange to exchange it or provide a refund.
We can only accept returns within 14 days of the original order and in perfect unworn condition. So please get in touch as soon as you can.
If you are returning an item by post please make sure you get a certificate of posting and insurance.
